We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing company revenue.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Develop and execute business development strategies. Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Track performance and report progress to management.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales and business development processes.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel if required.
Skill & Experience

3 to 7 years of experience in business development or sales.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
Experience using CRM tools.
Industry-specific experience is an advantage.
